It’s funny how my canine companion resembles a bear, people often mistake him for one! He’s such a social creature, always making new friends wherever we go. Sometimes I joke that he has more friends than I do!
Although I adore my dog, Tonkey, I can’t help but wonder what makes her so special that she’s become famous. About 8 weeks ago, I created an Instagram account for Tonkey so I could make some new friends through her cuteness. My plan was to post pictures of her, and then the good-looking people who liked them would want to befriend me. However, instead of gaining friends, I’ve created a monster like Victor Frankenstein did with his creation and now Tonkey is famous, leaving me in her shadow. While I’m happy for her success, it’s tough being left behind by my cuddle buddy. If I could say one thing to Tonkey, it would be that I love her and that we started from the bottom, and I’m trying my best to be happy for her. By the way, Tonkey is a 100% Shar Pei.
