Jennifer Aniston experienced a feeling of familiarity on The Morning Show when she wore a gown that resembled an outfit she had previously worn 13 years ago. The 54-year-old actress, who stars alongside Reese Witherspoon in the widely popular Apple TV+ series, donned a dress that looked strikingly similar to one she had previously worn to a red carpet event. Even though it was a replica, it was still a reminder of her past fashion choices.

Alex looks stunning in a one-shoulder dress. Interestingly, during the fitting, Aniston requested to wear a specific dress that Valentino designed for her back in 2010 for the Golden Globes. One of the costume designers for the show, Debra Maguire, revealed this information to People magazine.

To her surprise, they agreed to make the dress, which turned out to be very Jen, very Alex, and very Valentino. Her co-star, Nicole Beharie, also wore a Valentino dress that was part of the PP Pink Collection and had been worn by Kristen McMenamy during Paris Fashion Week in March 2022. The show’s costume designer, Sophie De Rakoff, aimed for a cohesive look for the Valentino Gala scene and found the perfect dress for Nicole that would work for the character and the actress.
