Talking back: The siren made the comments when posing for the last issue of Allure

Chiming in: The siren shared her thoughts while being photographed for the latest edition of Allure.

The actress from Friends became a part of Instagram as a marketing strategy, but her original plan didn’t work out and now she finds herself feeling trapped on the platform. In an interview with Allure magazine, she shared, “It’s really difficult for me. I only joined Instagram to promote my new line. Then COVID-19 happened, and we couldn’t launch it. So now I’m just stuck with being on Instagram, which I’m not comfortable with.” Jennifer appreciates the fact that she didn’t grow up with social media in her life.

Jennifer was 35 when she split from Pitt. It's possible she was having IVF at the time. One can only imagine the pain of then watching your husband go off with another woman only to conceive very quickly with her — as Brad did with Angelina Jolie (Aniston pictured in social media post this month)

Torturous Social Media: The actress revealed to Allure magazine that using Instagram feels like torture for her. She originally joined the platform to launch her product line, but the pandemic delayed the launch, leaving her feeling stuck on social media. She shared how social media pressures young girls, emphasizing that she is grateful to have grown up without this added stress. She pointed out that while the internet has positive intentions like connecting people, it can also negatively impact how young girls view themselves, leading to constant comparison and feelings of inadequacy.

But it works for her: She uses Instagram to plug The Morning Show

However, she has found success in using Instagram to promote The Morning Show. Despite facing hardships, Jennifer Aniston believes that she has evolved and matured as a result of these challenges. The Hollywood actress, who was previously married to actors Brad Pitt and Justin Theroux, stated that her late 30s and 40s were particularly difficult but necessary for her growth. She expresses gratitude for those tough times, as they shaped her into the person she is today. Aniston is now more confident and unwavering in her identity, no longer burdened by fear, nervousness, or uncertainty about herself.

Awwww so sweet: And she also uses the platform to share photos of her dogs

How adorable: In addition, she also takes the opportunity to post pictures of her beloved pets on the platform.
