A bulldog that was malnourished and left behind was discovered by the staff in the workplace. Although they planned to bring the pup to a secure rescue facility, it wouldn’t budge from the cozy plum box it found.
The Dodo recently released a heartwarming video detailing the story of Plum, an adorable pit bull who was discovered in a plum box. According to animal welfare workers, Plum was an affectionate and amiable pup, but he refused to leave his box. It seemed that the little dog found solace and familiarity in the container, which may have symbolized a sense of belonging or home to him. @plumpelstiltskin_ shared a snapshot on Instagram of Plum curled up cozily in his box on his first day at the shelter.
The LifeLine Animal Project became the new home for Plum, a tiny pup who needed some help with building trust. With the loving care of the staff, Plum gradually opened up and became more relaxed in his surroundings. He eventually felt safe enough to venture out of his comfort zone and start exploring his new environment.

During an interview with The Dodo, a staff member of LifeLine Animal Project shared that he developed a strong connection with his colleagues at the organization. As a result, they decided to create an Instagram account for Plum, the dog. Within a month of posting, they received an inquiry from a potential adopter. However, Plum had some issues getting along with other dogs, and the adopter already had a furry companion at home. After careful consideration and introduction, the two dogs hit it off, and Plum finally found his forever home.
