Over the weekend, a cute little pup was found on the side of a highway near Wamego. Someone had left him there all alone, but luckily he has now been taken in by a loving family who will give him the care and attention he deserves.
During their trip to Manhattan, the staff of Coleman Electric stumbled upon a puppy inside a car carrier. To rescue the dog, Matt McMillan and Steve McLean worked together to signal the double-decker truck carrier while enlisting the help of the drivers. They managed to get the car carrier to stop and successfully saved the puppy.
Once saved, Mcmillan took care of the puppy, Karmel, who is a 4-month-old retriever-lab mix, while at work.
According to Mcmillan, once we discovered her, she immediately settled down at your feet as she is an affectionate puppy. It appears that she required some rest and relaxation as she had been napping for the majority of the previous 48 hours.
Crime Stoppers is increasing the amount of money they are willing to offer in exchange for any helpful leads regarding a dead body discovered in the western part of Wichita. Apparently, Mcmillan was devastated by the loss of one of his dogs and thought he couldn’t go on without her.
Last Tuesday, Mcmillan took the dog to have a chip implanted. Upon contacting the original owners, they declined to take her back. The dog was initially adopted from a Manhattan shelter.
