Rick Ross has recently finalized a deal to acquire an expansive property overlooking Biscayne Bay in Miami! As per information disclosed on July 19 by Realtor.com, Ross is in the process of purchasing a luxurious mansion worth $37.5 million, offering over 9,700 square feet of living space.

According to TheRealDeal.com, a real estate platform, it is reported that Diddy, recently seen on Instagram giving his future neighbor a golf cart, will soon join other celebrities like Rick Ross in living on the same island.

Back in 1999, the previous owner put in $4.6 million, but now Rick Ross is looking to splurge $37.5 million on the property that was built in 1992, located on Star Island.

Former professional boxer Evander Holyfield once owned a massive property that caught the eye of rapper Rick Ross in 2014. Sitting on approximately 300 acres near a highway in Fayetteville, Georgia, the 54,000 square foot mansion was acquired by Ross for a cool $5.8 million. Boasting 109 rooms and 25 bathrooms, the luxurious residence has been affectionately dubbed the Promised Land by devoted fans. Ross spared no expense in decorating his new abode, outfitting it with opulent touches like Versace tableware and Fendi furniture. In terms of entertainment, the rapper’s estate features an indoor basketball court, a theater, a bowling alley, and a game area, providing endless opportunities for enjoyable activities.
