Growing Forget Me Not Flower From Seed Time Lapse (72 Days)

Forget-me-nots are one of the most charming and beloved flowers. These tiny blue flowers have a special meaning; they symbolize true love and memories that last forever. And the best part is, forget-me-nots are incredibly easy to grow from seed.

If you’re curious about how these little flowers grow, we’ve got you covered. We’ve captured a time-lapse video of a forget-me-not plant growing from seed to bloom in just 72 days.

The first step in growing forget-me-nots is to get your hands on some seeds. You can find them at your local nursery or online. Once you have your seeds, it’s time to plant them. We planted our seed in a pot with soil and gave it some water. Then, we waited patiently for the seedling to emerge.

It took about 8 days for the seedling to break through the soil. At first, it was just a tiny green sprout, but it quickly grew into a young plant. The leaves were small and delicate, but they grew larger and stronger each day.

Around the 40th day, we started to see tiny flower buds appear. It was exciting to know that soon we would have beautiful blue flowers. And sure enough, by the 45th day, we had a blooming forget-me-not plant.
The plant continued to grow and bloom for the next 10 days. During this time, it looked like the plant was “dancing” around. The stems were bending and swaying with the wind, and the flowers were moving back and forth. It was a beautiful sight to see.
Once the flowers wilted, the plant began to dry out and lay down to the ground. This is when the forget-me-not plant will self-seed for re-sprouting in the next spring.
Growing forget-me-nots from seed is a fun and rewarding experience. Watching the plant grow and bloom is truly a sight to behold. And with our time-lapse video, you can see the whole process in just 72 days. So why not give it a try and add some beautiful blue forget-me-nots to your garden?
